These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Pearl Care Training Academy website and learning platform. By using our site or services you agree to these terms.
Use of our services
- You agree to use the site and platform lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them.
- Learner accounts are personal to the named user. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- Course content is provided for professional development and must not be copied, resold or redistributed without our written permission.
Training, certificates and CPD status
Our programmes are professional development training. Certificates and competency records confirm completion of Pearl Care Training Academy courses and the associated assessments. Pearl Care Training Academy is a member of The CPD Certification Service (Provider No. 50063), and its programmes are CPD Certified by The CPD Certification Service. Each certified programme carries its own CPD certificate number.
Our training is not, by itself, a regulated qualification, and completion does not guarantee employment, registration or a visa. Employers remain responsible for their own regulatory compliance and for verifying staff competence.
Intellectual property
All content on this site and platform, including text, video, graphics, logos and course materials, is owned by or licensed to Pearl Care Training Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or withdraw features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pearl Care Training Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
