- To respond to your enquiries and provide the training services you or your employer request.
- To create and manage learner accounts, track progress and issue certificates and competency records.
- To maintain the security, integrity and performance of our platform.

Lawful bases
We process personal data on the bases of performance of a contract (delivering training), our legitimate interests (running and securing our service and responding to enquiries), consent (where you submit an enquiry), and compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate agreements, including our hosting and database provider, our website host and form handler, and our video content provider. These providers act only on our instructions.
