Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 10 August 2026
Pearl Care Training Academy is committed to making our website and learning platform accessible to as many people as possible, including learners with disabilities.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our target standard, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we build and improve the platform.
Accessibility features
- Read-aloud – lesson content in the learning platform can be read aloud to support learners who prefer or need audio.
- Readable contrast and text – we use strong colour contrast for body text and support browser text resizing.
- Keyboard navigation – interactive elements are reachable and operable using a keyboard.
- Clear structure – headings, labels and plain language are used to make content easier to follow.
Known limitations
Some video content and older material may not yet include full captions or transcripts. We are working to improve these and welcome feedback on any barriers you encounter.
Feedback and contact
If you experience any difficulty accessing our website or learning platform, or need content in an alternative format, please you can contact us at hello@pearlcaretraining.com and we will do our best to help and to put things right.
